Andrew D. Isbell, FIC

Andrew D. Isbell, FIC, is the Owner and Principal Agent-Advisor of Isbell Financial Solutions LLC. With a background in Christian ministry and over a decade of experience as a Pastoral Minister and Lay Leader, Andrew has guided countless individuals through their faith journeys—helping them navigate life’s deeper questions with compassion and care.

Feeling a call to serve in a new capacity, Andrew transitioned back into the world of finance and business, where he now helps individuals, families, and business owners plan for their financial futures with purpose and integrity. His approach is grounded in service, trust, and personalized care.

Andrew is a registered member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA),

National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors (NAFIC) and holds the Fraternal Insurance Counselor (FIC) designation. He has been recognized for both his excellence and heart: as a recipient of the Richard Tobin Benevolence Award from the Catholic Order of Foresters, and as a Top 10 Producing Agent for the company in both 2023 and 2024.

Whether guiding people in faith or finances, Andrew’s mission remains the same—to help others live intentionally and securely, with values leading the way.

Amand C. Isbell, RN, BSN, FCP

With a background as a nurse and caregiver, Amanda brings compassion, attentiveness, and genuine care to every client interaction. For the past four years, she’s been a key part of our team—managing scheduling, appointment setting, and client follow-ups with warmth and professionalism.

Amanda’s experience in women’s health gives her a unique ability to listen deeply and understand what matters most to the families we serve. Whether on the phone or in person, she brings joy, kindness, and a calming presence that our clients truly appreciate.

Her hunger to learn and grow continues to inspire not only the families we work with, but also everyone in our office. Amanda is an invaluable part of what makes our service personal, responsive, and truly client centered.

Peter Nelson, FICF, LUTCF

Peter is President of Nelson Insurance Advisors LLC serving Isbell Financial Solutions and personally mentoring Andrew.

With over 23 years of experience in insurance and financial services, Peter Nelson brings a deeply rooted, well-rounded approach to retirement planning. Based in Bristol, TN, and licensed in over 30 states, Peter works with clients across the country to build integrated strategies that align with their values and long-term goals.

A six-time Million Dollar Round Table qualifier, Peter combines insurance solutions to create more efficient and sustainable retirement income plans. He began his career with Waddell & Reed at just 21, inspired by a family legacy of financial professionals.

When he’s not serving clients, Peter enjoys life on his farm, flyfishing, hunting, and growing in his traditional Catholic faith. His mission: to help clients find clarity, security, and purpose in their financial journey.

Maxwell Schmitz, MSFS, CLTC

Maxwell is President of Yetworth Insurance Solutions and founder of Dingo Technologies, Inc., which he launched in 2017 to modernize the insurance industry and bring agencies into the digital era. A third-generation insurance specialist, Max also serves Isbell Financial Solutions, where he leads full-service risk management strategies for individuals, families, and businesses.

He is the author of “Planting the Seed: 20 Ways to Preserve Your Yetworth,” and “The Questions and Answers on Disability Insurance Workbook,” and serves as Immediate Past-President of the International DI Society. Max holds degrees from UC Davis and The American College.

He lives in Geneva, IL with his family and enjoys the outdoors, cheering on his kids’ sports teams, planning his next backpacking trip, and being active at St. Peter’s Church.
